BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This property was perfect and right on the beach. I went ahead and gave it 5 stars in all areas based on our trip as a whole. Convenient location to everything and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and souvenir shops.
Great condo and we had a wonderful experience and stay. Condo was perfect for our family. Our only complaint was the pool was small but we stayed on the beach most of the trip and all other amenities were excellent

Loved our stay! Loved the location so close to many restaurants and shops! Only downside was not being able to access the pool area because the code given us didn’t work. The condo was clean and served us well!! Joe, the security guard is a true gem!

Would stay here again. It had what we needed as a family of 3. Nice view and easy access to beach. Spent most of our time on beach, pool area and our balcony. Easy drives to eating places like boardwalk oyster Haus, lulus, tacky jacks, and sweet cone Alabama.
Great condo in a great location! The place was clean and stocked with the perfect kitchen amenities. There is a cute coffee shop across the street and you’re within a 15 minute walk from The Hangout with shops along the way.

Nice facility, unit need updating
Facility has nice amenities (heated pool, hot tub, fitness center). Unit itself needs some up-dating; furniture wearing, missing towel bar, cabinet veneer peeling, etc.
We enjoyed our stay very much - it was my mother and myself, and this property is generally safe and well-maintained. Very much like the keypad on the door so there’s no check-in/out or “who has the key?”Condo was in good shape - I’m sure the busy summer season leaves them all in need of minor repairs.
It was a great place to stay. The only thing is our feet were black from walking on the floor and the carpet on the bedrooms could use a little cleaning. Not a dealbreaker though. Excellent room. Hope to stay there again!……and loved Joe the security guard
The condo is well supplied with a beautiful view of the beach. Communication was great. WiFi did not work but I did not take the time to call about it as we were there for the beach! We’ll definitely be back!
