**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($100 fee applies at booking).

HOME DETAILS: Let us welcome you back to Beach Haven, the home features its bathrooms, kitchen, outside decks/shower, etc. Located in Seaside and just 5 houses from the beach on Robert’s Way. Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath cottage that lives large with a sleeping loft, private porches and amazing tower views. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch or take a quiet stroll along Seaside’s Rosewalk just out your front door. Guests are greeted by reserved parking space, a new brick courtyard with BBQ grill and two complimentary bikes. The best outdoor shower in Seaside is also just outside your back porch door! The outdoor shower includes hot and cold water and is completely private.
Upstairs is an open two-story living room, dining area, and laundry with a half bath. Open the double doors off the living room to a large porch perfect for enjoying Seaside evenings. The kitchen has a six-burner gas stove/oven, quartz countertops, etc.
Up the carpeted spiral staircase is a loft with twin beds and views of the gulf. Then it is onto to the best views in the house – from your own private tower/deck. Watch the sun rise or set over the town of Seaside from the best seat in the house. Count down the ringing of the sunset bell at Bud & Alley’s! Come for a long weekend or stay for a week – make Beach Haven your special place!


ACCOMMODATIONS: (sleeps 6)
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: KING (as of March 2025) master bedroom with dual closets and new ensuite shower. This room has direct access to a LARGE, completely private outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with hall bath with shower
Second Floor: Open 2 story great room with access to the improved outdoor seating area overlooking Rosewalk gardens. Fully stocked Kitchen with appliances and quartz countertops
Third Floor:
Bedroom (loft) 3: Up the spiral staircase are 2 Twin beds. From here you can access the enlarged viewing tower!

**There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $56/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
