Family Friendly/ Spacious Town Home w/Mountain views

A perfect get-away for families. 2 BR/2.5 bathroom town-home located in Wildernest community in Silverthorne, CO Summit County. The property has own private entrance with detached garage within 30 minutes to Loveland, A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. 45 min to Vail/Beaver Creek. There is zoned baseboard heat for the main floor and both bedrooms. The bedrooms are a dual master style with a bathroom for each with a half bath on the main floor. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV and work desk. The bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed and small dresser. The bathroom has a bathtub. Both bedrooms have nice sized closets. The main floor has a pull out Queen sleeper sofa.

We had a great and enjoyable stay! The Town Home was clean, comfortable, spacious and exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Great and scenic location, and very quiet. Hot Tub definitely is a plus for the whole family! Matt was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Nice clean unit and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be for a few extra blankets, otherwise a great stay.

Perfect Getaway

Spacious and accommodating, this was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of skiing. Garage parking was a definite plus on snowy mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place with exceptional perks

Loved this place. Not only was the place really nice but having a private hot tub and access to the garage was a huge bonus. Location is excellent as well with easy access to numerous ski resorts as well as restaurants and shopping.

Great ski vacation in Silverthorne

Wonderful condo with a really nice hot tub on the deck. Very clean with comfortable beds! Would highly recommend staying here. Had a great time skiing with fresh powder everyday!

Perfect for a last minute weekend

We’ve stayed at many rentals and Matt’s place tops the list for cleanliness. The hot tub was an added bonus, and was welcomed after skiing.Highly recommend, quiet neighborhood and just down the road 20 minutes from some great skiing.

Perfect Place for a Family Ski Trip

Matt's place was wonderful and was perfect for our family for a couple days of Summit Co. skiing. The place was (very) clean, spacious, and well stocked. Honestly I'm not sure what else to say - it was great. The hot tub was very welcomed after a day on the mountain.

My husband and teens and I loved this place! Great space and very clean. It had the best equipped kitchen. Beautiful views and great amenities close. We all loved the hot tub after skiing.

Centrally loctaed to ski best of CO

Start to finish Matt was a great host. This is clearly his family's beloved vacation house. It does not feel like an average rental but a cozy and well maintained home. It is perfect for family looking for a peacfull area that is centrally located to so much. Matt has been very responsive and helpful from start to finish.

Clean and Cozy

We loved the condo and it was a home away from home that we needed. Matt and his family clearly love and maintain their property. Everything was working, clean, and cozy. No fuss and we even got in the hot tub after skiing on the last night. Super fun and really lovely! Thanks Matt!

Place was clean and exactly as advertised. SUPERB location. Place had everything we needed except for shower stuff so bring your own soap. Utilities were excellent. Nice warm place with super hot water. Showers were great. Cable/tv was great. Owner communication was on point and fast. Check in/out process very clear. Having a garage was awesome
