In the winter, you are in the heart of ski country; Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek and miles of cross country trails are all a short drive.

Why they chose this property

I liked the location of the house. The lot has a beautiful backyard full of aspens that add privacy and beauty to the scenery. Close to many hiking trail heads and cross country trail heads. Also close to the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne, while still having a rural feel. I love the house because its a great place for our family to go spend quality time together while enjoying the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
