We are locals who loves hosting, making friends, but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests, and the neighbors. Location:
Prime USC area. About a 5-minute drive to the USC campus, a 15 - 20 min drive to Downtown LA, and a 30 min drive to Hollywood. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance.
Public Transportation:
Metro station: about 15-20 min walk
Bus stop: about 1-5 min walk

1. Zero tolerance -No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no
smoking marijuana, and no smoking cigarettes anywhere inside the property.
Smoking cigarettes is permitted in designated areas only.
2. Make sure all doors and gates are closed when leaving or entering the
property. Do not let anyone in. Do not share the door code with anyone. This
includes your food delivery.
3. Do not leave appliances unattended while in use, ex: stove, iron, etc.
MAINTENANCE
4. Please do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal. It will cause
a clog. Please use the trash can instead.
5. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or It will
cause a clog.
6. Report any damage, leak, or malfunctions immediately.
ETHIQUETTE
7. Maintain harmony with our neighbors. Please don't make loud noise after
08:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.
8. No pets/extra guests in the unit without prior approval.
9. No illegal music/movies download with our internet. You will get a fine from
Spectrum.
10. Please turn off the AC, TV, and other electronics before leaving the house.
