Great value for price. Great a/c unit. The host (lisa) is very communicative and helpful. Anytime I had an issue she was responding in minutes to solve it. I enjoyed my stay. Also there is an amazing donut shop up the street (good times donut). If you are traveling to LA this is a great option!

We were really very pleased with our stay, due to both the excellent service and the room itself. The pictures were accurate and the room was very clean - like when you check into any hotel that maintains very high standards. They answer you by text or through the app very quickly every time we had an issue. We have Roku at home and while we had already been given Wi-Fi info before checking in, we needed to know about a second network that their Roku happen to be on. They provided it very quickly and we didn't miss a minute of the World Cup. There is also a manager on site you can easily reach if anything really unexpected comes up. I thought the room was super comfy - a good bed, pillows and linen. You get an iron and ironing board along with a small fridge and microwave, and some bowls and utensils. The only sink is in the bathroom. It was quiet, and there was a

Host was quick to respond whenever a problem would arise as well as very helpful in finding a solution. Instructions clear and easy to understand. The hallways and stairwell to the complex left a lot to be desired with it's cleanliness, but for the room itself it was as advertised. Would recommend.
