Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.

My wife grew up in the town next door to Old Orchard Beach. She spent her entire summer's on the beach in Old Orchard Beach. Similarly, our children have spent their summer's on this most splendid, and family friendly, beach. Over the past 20 years we have expanded our short term rental properties in Old Orchard Beach to cater to a wide range of guest counts. From renting to 1 or 2 guests staying in one of our one-bedroom cottages, next to the beach, to renting to a extended family's with over 60 guests, who have rented a combination of 5 & 6 bedroom beach houses, 2 & 4 bedroom condos & our 2 bedroom cottages.

Why they chose this property

Our beach properties are all either on the beach or within 1 - 2 blocks of Maine's most beautiful beach. These properties are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Old Orchard Beach so that our guests are not disturbed late at night, however they are close enough to the Pier / Downtown area, that make it extremely comfortable to walk to. Approximately 0.5 to 0.7 mile. The properties are located on quiet, residential streets, that are extremely safe.

They include five & six bedroom beach houses, either on the beach or within one block of the beach. one four-bedroom condo, eight, two-bedroom condos, two, two-bedroom cottages, and six, one-bedroom cottages. With this large selection of properties all extremely close together, it makes family reunions, work retreats, graduations, birthdays, weddings, and anniversary celebrations not just doable but, we help create long-lasting, memorable occasions. Furthermore, we specialize in making sure that our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay at our properties so that they keep coming back, year after year.
