Atlantic Ocean, Steps to beach..only two houses behind ocean front. This house rents quick so grab your week quick. New kitchen installed on second floor over looking 7 miles of beach...incredible views. Front to back great room. Memories to last a lifetime. Approx. 75 feet to beach.

The layout is as follows: 1st floor: kitchen, Living room, butlers pantry, sun room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, mudroom ,washer and dryer. 2nd floor: open space, new kitchen with granite, Stainless appliances, new master bedroom, 2nd be room w/ queen bed, 2 new bathrooms, new living room, new french doors off the kitchen, hard wood, tile, One living rooms have queen size beds, New french doors off master, Plasma TV, surround sound and gas fireplace.

There are no parties allowed, this is for family entertainment only, we reserve the right to keep deposit and have renters removed immediately! We need a list of all members who are staying in the house upon arrival
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The beach was easy access. Perfect for grandbabies and small children. Excellent house with ample parking for 4 cars. Communication with the host was AWSOME. Responded very quickly to a few small issues. Highly recommend for a large family/family gathering.

Lovely family friendly home, very close to the beach with wonderful ocean views. The outdoor shower was great to rinse the sand off before entering the house. Oversized island in the kitchen allowed for our family to enjoy meals together. They had a great grassy fenced in outdoor space in the back yard for kids to play.

Great location just steps away from a beautiful beach!! Having the Tiki bar music next door was great! House has plenty of room! Nice to have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms! We used the upstairs kitchen, great views of the beach from upstairs!! Hoping to stay again!

The beach views were specular, and just a few steps away from great morning and evening strolls on the beach. It was a great spot for our extended family celebration. The house is well situated, both in location and amenities. The host was great with answering our questions and providing advice.

The house is located just steps from the beach. It was close enough to the pier area but far enough to be quiet and private. The size of the house was perfect for our party (5 adults, 2 teens & a small dog) and the fenced-in backyard and parking are great perks.

Everything about this stay was perfect! Pauline had all details written out and ready with keys at our arrival. She was always ready to help if something was needed too. As for the house, it was great! It couldn’t have been any closer to the water and it had all the amenities you could need. I hope we can find availability in the future as well!

This property is located steps from a fairly quiet beach on the OOB/Scarborough line. You can easily walk to the Pier or take the trolley for $2 per person.

I really liked the location of our vacation house and the owners were great. Loved the beach area also. plenty of room for our family and it was neat and clean. wish there had been air conditioning because it was hot that week. Overall we had a wonderful time .

A perfect week

Had a fabulous time at this wonderful seaside home.. it had everything we needed and we were just steps to the beach. The owners were wonderful and very quick to address any questions. There were 5 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. It was a wonderful vacation spot and one we would all go back to!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was very spacious, and having two kitchens worked well for our group. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away.There were a few things that could be improved. It would have been helpful to have hand soap available in the bathrooms and at least one kitchen sponge for washing dishes. We found Dawn dish soap in the bathrooms, but not one sponge to hold us over until grocery shopping.The floors also needed a more thorough cleaning. They were really quite dirty when we arrived, so we ended up cleaning them ourselves. Otherwise we would have given more stars for cleanliness.The listing photos should also be updated to reflect the current condition of the yard and the actual views from the property. We found them to be misleading compared to what we saw upon arrival.It’s a great family friendly beach. Surf friendly with boogie boards, soft sand and not an overly busy area on the beach. There is even a trolley stop to get downtown at the end of the street for 2 a person.Lastly, the lawn had been treated with fertilizer, weed killer, and/or pesticides during our stay, which meant we couldn’t use the yard for three days. If possible, scheduling lawn treatments between guest stays would make the outdoor space much more enjoyable for families. There was no notification from the host that it was planned to be done, or had been.With all the suggestions made, we overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the beach and ocean views. It is a great location to be steps from beach access and a reasonable walk to the Old Orchard Pier, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The house has been nicely updated and it has great furniture and appliances. There are ample supplies available. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. The owners are responsive and accessible.

Feel like you are home...but with a beach!

This house was exactly as advertise. We had plenty of room for all of us. We were able to eat upstairs, downstairs and on the deck, while listening to the music from the nearby Tiki Bar! The beach chairs were first class and very easy to carry to the beach, which was only a few steps away. Thanks for providing a wonderful house to enable us to have a great time.
