We had a great stay here. It was clean, had great ac, wifi, and a full kitchen. There are also several supermarkets and restaurants within walkimg distance. Our host was super helpful, friendly and responsive. We're looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I recently faced a troubling experience with this listing and feel compelled to share so others can make an informed decision.Poor communication and lack of details**: The owner never provided the address or clear instructions on how to reach the property. This made planning difficult and hectic.Added stress after arrival**: I was already in Saint Martin, and I had to find alternative accommodations while spending hours on the VRBO chat trying to verify where to go.Possible scam concern**: Given the missing address and no directions, I question the legitimacy of this listing. It seems the available review may not reflect the actual property accurately.Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking this property if you want to avoid disrupting your vacation.

Shanniq is an amazing host. She was most welcoming and then incredibly patient throughout the delays we had in getting to St. Maarten. She and Franklin helped us get settled in the lovely 1BR suite which was impeccably clean. She recommended a car rental company which gave us excellent car pick up and drop off services throughout our stay. It was a great start to our vacation.
