Rest and relaxation await you in this cozy one bedroom/one bath villa located on third level and only 3.5 miles to Sunset Beach. The open floor plan features adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room has a sofa and two swivel club chairs, a large wall-mounted Roku Smart TV, overhead ceiling fan and balcony. Enjoy preparing a nice meal and relaxing after a day at the pool, a local golf course or on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. There is a dining table for two with additional seating at the bar for three. The living room opens to a balcony offering the perfect spot to take in the fresh sea air with morning coffee or an evening beverage. The front bedroom has 2 queen beds and is privately located off the main area of the condo with a full bath. The bedroom has an overhead ceiling fan, comfy mattresses and Roku TV to enjoy settling in for the evening. The bath includes a soaking jetted tub and walk-in shower, and fresh towels are provided. The condo is located within walking distance to the community indoor/outdoor pools and there is an exercise room available for guest use. The property grounds have free-standing charcoal grills and picnic tables in the interior courtyard.

This was a very cute home! It is small, but there was good space for the two of us. There is only one bathroom and it is located in the bedroom. So make sure you are okay with everyone coming through the bedroom to potty. Overall very nice space and good location.
