Great communication with the host, clean and comfortable property. The only caveat is that there is a flight of very steep stairs up to the unit. It was not a problem for us, but might be a challenge for people who are less agile or who have large luggage.
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Location can be everything- and this one is hard to beat. Hunter was friendly and very communicative, and the property was not only cosy but also pristine!
The property is great in a perfect location for access downtown. The property reminded me of many flats I have stayed in, in Europe with wall and roof angles that give the property real character. I would definitely stay here again. I do have one warning for those that have mobility issues, you need to walk up the equivelent of 3 flights of stairs to reach the property so carrying your bag up could be challenging.
Everything was great! Loved the location, cleanliness, and communication. Certainly would stay again. The only “warning” is that this is definitely not meant for tall people as most of the ceiling is slanted and we had to bend over in the bathroom and bedroom.
Our stay in Denver at Hunter’s rental was perfect. We had everything we needed, and the host was very attentive and kind. I'm grateful to have found this place. We were shocked at just how close it was to everything. We would stay again.
This property hit all of our needs for a four day, 3 girls trip! Only hiccup was the outside staircase leading to entrance was lacking a handrail and difficult to maneuver with luggage.
Super clean and comfy! Hunter, the host, was super easy to communicate with and work with. Always willing to help make our stay the best it could be! A little side note, the ceiling in the bathroom is slanted so it presented a bit of a challenge for anyone over 6ft (I’m 6’4”), but did not change our satisfaction with the stay!
Lovely property that is centrally located. Clear communication from host which I appreciated. Would highly recommend (as long as you can handle the exterior stairs)!
Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy.
The attic apartment space is quaint. The instructions to park your vehicle was clear and understandable. For other people thinking of booking the property for the future, please keep in mind it is staircase access only to the apartment. The steps leading to the apartment are steep and about 3 stories high. Something to consider traveling with a lot of luggage or alone. Additionally, if you are a tall person there will be portions of the apartment where you will not be fully able to stand (the bathroom)

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Inside was nice, unless you are tall. Low ceiling in bathroom, so it’s easy to hit your head. Also exterior stairs are steep , and have very poor lighting at night
The amenities are fine. The location met our particular needs well, the space is ample, the view from the kitchen/dining room is great. The down sides were the 35-ish outdoor stairs leading to the front door, the mattress, and the attic ceilings ready to bruise your head in spots. Fair warning: the stairs aren't uniform in terms of the treads (no risers) and there is no way to encircle a banister with one's hand. If you are elderly, a bit unstable, or arriving at night with luggage: beware. The staircase is not lit. The conversion of attic to little apartment is well done and pleasant, but I'd recommend certain low angles be somewhat highlighted with color - or something - to help alert tenants when, for example, they rise from the toilet.
Clean, stylish and convenient property in the Baker neighborhood of Denver. The space was bright and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our two dogs traveled with us and enjoyed the walk ability of the surrounding areas. ONE THING TO NOTE: This is an attic level apartment and there is a rather steep 37 step staircase to climb/descend to enter and exit the property. Additionally, if you’re over 6 ft, the bathroom ceiling might be a little short on one side of the room. These things were manageable as long as you’re okay with stairs, and we had a lovely stay.
