The space:
This is a studio guesthouse located above the garage with access from the alleyway. Should you encounter any issues, we are just steps away and ready to assist! Additionally, Curtis Park is right across the street, offering numerous amenities.

Guest access:
The access to the guest house is to the right of the garage when facing it. Please note that this is the only area available for our guests leading to the unit. However, if you're seeking some outdoor space, there's a large park just across the street!

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron was so communicative & hospitable and worked with us with the timing of our travel plans. The location was fabulous and in a fun area within walking distance to great food, coffee, drinks, and entertainment. Great spot with lots to walk to!

This stay was wonderful! Everything was clean and stylish, the host was communicative and helpful, and there was so much to walk to nearby! Parking was a breeze too and we felt safe the whole time, even on our many walks to and from various RiNo shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the window coverings were very appreciated (sometimes STRs really skimp on these and neighboring lights seep in all times of the night).

Excellent Location

My son and I visited for a few baseball games. The location was excellent and we were able to walk most anywhere we needed to. Place had all the little things to make it comfortable: nice towels, comfortable bed, and coffee to name a few. Sounds simple but a lot of places don’t get the basics right anymore. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Thank you!

Place was clean and well appointed. Definately "bright" as advertised since the bulbs were ALL high Wattage LEDs. Not knowing the area could be scarey to some in this redeveloping swanky area. You have to enter from an ally way in back of the main house. It is not well lit and the wooden gate to let you into the property does not work well. The Entrance lock was easy but the narrow staircase with a curve may be challenging to get bags up to the apartment. Although our stay was short we did walk 6 block (in the dark) to Barcelona wine bar which was excellent. Uber'd home.
