We all loved that place. We all went to college here 35 years ago. It was great walking distance to downtown and the NAU campus.

Great location. Close to Old Town, Thorpe Park, and Lowell Observatory. The house had lots of space and light. Very clean. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything for cooking. Utensils, pots, pans, plates, even condiments and spices. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Had issues with check in but some of that was on me and not signing the rental agreement on time, I acknowledge that. As long as you make sure you have the property code before making the trip you’ll be fine. Other than that there’s no AC, we traveled during summer so it was quite hot. The living room and master room has higher ceilings so you don’t get much help from the fan, seems like one of the guests rooms got a good breeze at night and our guest didn’t have problems. If you’re staying in the master room just heads up on the warmer nights if visiting during summer. The owner randomly walked in one time while we were there to grab something which made my fiancé and I a little uneasy. Other than that, the place is as advertised. Host did a great job with helping out where he could

Quick check in. Problems with the TV which was connected to a speaker so we couldn't use it until we disconnected the speaker. Also, since there was no AC, we slept with the windows open which was fine except for the marijuana smoking from the guest downstairs and the neighbor.
