The house has cameras inside the property, super illegal. Host demands us to take off our shoes but the floor is filthy and leaves our feet black. Barely anything in the kitchen to use, had to purchase our own pots and pans. The host does not speak English so hard to communicate and address concerns.

This house very much needs some TLC. We did not appreciate that there were cameras inside the house. It was poorly stocked. We had to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels. There were no Kleenexes. There were no extra bed linens or bathroom towels and only one dish towel. The shower head in the master bathroom fell off when you turn the water on. (The owner's wife did replace it.) The kitchen did not have adequate dishes such as mixing or serving in order to prepare any meals. The light switches were not labeled in order to know which light it turned on. Over half of the switches and outlets did not work. We were asked to leave our shoes at the front door; however when we walked through the house the bottom of our feet became BLACK. The entry lock on the front door needs to be replaced as it was difficult to register the code into it. The host's response time to all my questions and concerns was very disheartening.

Unfortunately our stay was terrible. The property was not clean at all. Several beds didn’t even have sheets for our kids to sleep on. The pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months. We showed up to the house being over 80 degrees inside. The owner was not reachable and didn’t provide alternative contacts in the event we needed assistance. Overall experience was just awful and we left after one night because the owner wouldn’t return messages or phone calls. When they did finally respond they didn’t even address the cleanliness issues or the fact the AC unit vent was hanging wide open from the celing which was a major safety concern. I hope this review helps the owner understand the important of communication and delivering on the expectations they set upon viewing and booking the property. I would not recommend this property.
