Nestled in the heart of Canal Fulton, this charming home features three cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with a twin bed. There are 1.5 beautifully appointed bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, curling iron, a selection of professional hair products, and an "in case you forgot something" drawer for your convenience. We want our guests to feel completely at home.

The living room offers a comfy sofa with a pull-out bed, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Our fully stocked kitchen makes preparing family meals a breeze, and you can enjoy them together at the family-style table. Just off the kitchen, relax with a refreshing drink in the sunroom.

Downstairs, you’ll find our game room, complete with air hockey, foosball, and a cocktail-style arcade game featuring over 50 games—Pac-Man is always a crowd favorite. We also have a TV downstairs, as well as one in the main living room for your entertainment.

For those who enjoy yoga or barre, our fitness room is available, equipped with mats, light weights, and resistance bands. The half bath is conveniently located just off the fitness room. While the basement isn't fully finished, we've set it up as a fun and inviting space for entertainment. It’s easy to see why you'll be able to relax and unwind at our home.

Love Canal Fulton!

We traveled to Ohio to visit the Cuyahoga National Park and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and this home worked perfectly for our needs. Very clean with lots of extras, including a great sunroom where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed being just a short walk away from restaurants, ice cream shops and the beautiful Towpath trail. Would highly recommend!

I always enjoy coming back to Ohio for a visit, and we're fortunate to have found this charming little house in one of my favorite towns. Canal Fulton is a town full of charm—it's like something straight out of a Hallmark movie. The small businesses here are delightful, with a cozy children's boutique, a toy store, a coffee shop, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and more. The library is beautiful, and the canal adds a special touch to the town's rich history. There’s so much to see and do, but it’s all in such a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere. With most of my family living in town, visiting here always feels extra special.

This property is just so special to us. We love the house and the convenience of walking to town. The house has been updated but still has its original charm. We love this cozy little brick house.
