Worked out well for us.

Nicely decorated. Fresh flowers and champagne greeted us as we entered. Property was very clean. We felt very secure and safe. A few TV's had remote batteries missing, and some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Overall we liked the location, it was quiet, and the villa worked well for us.

Not what the listing shows on line. Was poorly furnished and not cleaned well, living room and kitchen are very small and furniture in poor condition and very uncomfortable. Not gathering place for more than eight people in one given area.

Golf Vacation

The accuracy of the property was exactly as expected. Theresa was excellent to communicate with. We were a group of 12 down in Phoenix on a golf trip. The villa had ample space so that people didn't feel crowded. It should be noted that two of the listed bedrooms was really one room with a partial glass partition. Everyone found their assigned rooms very comfortable and clean. The only issue we experienced was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. This villa would be excellent for large family reunion.

Great place for a group that knows each other well. Lots of small rooms and enough bathrooms to accommodate us all. Was there with 18 guys who have know each other for 35 years and it was a great setup.

Had a nice time and it worked well for our gathering

In looking for an 8 bedroom in Phoenix this property worked well. I was much less expensive than many. The place was cozy for our group but we made it work. Everything was clean and in good order and the property rep was very friendly and informative. The location was great with the hotel right next door and many restaurants and stores close by. This would be a perfect property for families and golf buddies looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price who will be out exploring the Phoenix area.

Excellent location and size

The unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies, location was great, and there were extras that we didn't expect such as poker chips for the evening we played poker. We had a little problem with the heat but Theresa came over at 11PM and took care of it. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed!

We had 10 adults and 14 children--our 4 children and their families. Each family had their own sleeping arrangements, bathroom, and fridge. It was perfect for what we needed! We really didn't have a gathering area, but we only needed that space for a short time. Most of our time was spent away from the home. A gathering area is all we lacked. Everything else--sleeping areas, etc. was plenty of space for that many people. We had a couple issues, and Theresa was very available, and helped us through the problems. quickly. We would CERTAINLY recommend this place to others!

Ideal place for large groups!

The property was well kept and maintained. We had a group of 15 people and it worked out great. Only 3 miles from downtown scottsdale with tons of great amenities. I would recommend this property to friends and family traveling to the area!!

Lovely Villa!

We loved our stay at this villa! It had all the amenities listed. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, kitchen plus kitchenette-bars, and the comfortable rooms. It was close to everything and we enjoyed the golf view. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience!

The villa was kept in excellent condition

The owners have equipped the villa with beautiful finishings, and many extras. This is a great rental for any group. We enjoyed taking walks around the quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The villa was kept in excellent condition. We definately recommend this rental to others.
