We have these rules in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

• No Smoking of ANY kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vapes) - A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air-clean carpets and scrub walls.

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
Right to cancel the reservation without refund, and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if the evidence is detected.

• No pets - A $350 extra cleaning fee will be charged to clean pet hair and remove smell.

• No loud noise or music past 9:30 pm
• No disturbing neighbors
• No extra/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
• No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pickup
• No moving or rearranging of the furniture
• No unplugging of the electronics
• Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, and laptop chargers from the socket when leaving the home
• Please put and leave all used/dirty linens in the corners of the rooms.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm and after
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
*Early check-in may available upon request, but must be approved in advance. Any arrival before standard check in time will incur additional fees, base on how early the guest wishes to arrive.
* Extension may be available upon request but must be approval in advance. A fee of 15% of nightly rate per hour will apply for late check out beyond the agreed- upon time.
• Please do not leave excess amount of belongings behind as this could result in an extra cleaning fee charge. This charge can be up to an extra $100 depending on the amount of extra cleaning needed.
