Cute little house. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked! The negative I have, which iscompletely understandable for a house in the summer, is when I messaged the owner asking if they had something I could use to get rid of the ants in the kitchen I never got a response. Otherwise, great stay in a quiet neighborhood and close to the college!

Nice and spacious. The cat pee smell was a little overwhelming. Especially towards the back of the house. House has a musty smell. But we were aware of it ahead a time. Definitely plan to stay again.

Home had a pungent musky smell to it, holes in the floor, big enough for critters to call through, refrigerator was dirty. Did not end up staying there due to the smell and the health risks of mold.

K's place was perfect for our trip to Chanute. The location was very convenient, the home was clean and there was a nice quiet outdoor spot to relax. We will be back again!
