New luxury vinyl flooring and carpet throughout, new ceramic tile in all 3 bathrooms with all new toilets, new cabinetry in kitchen and all bathrooms. All new stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher and refrigerator) in kitchen. Living room on main floor with second spacious living room upstairs.

***TWO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES and one space for overflow parking on other side of building. Townhouse so there is a SHARED wall with neighbors next door.

5 bedroom townhome with 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has it's own 43" tv, dresser, and nightstand. Both living rooms have a 55" TV.

Each room has a queen size bed and is equipped with its own smart tv so everyone can log in and watch their own Netflix, Hulu, etc.

DOWNSTAIRS: Has the Master Bedroom which has a full ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath, the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sleeper sofa downstairs.

UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms, full bathroom in hallway, and where washer/dryer is located. Also has a second, larger living room space with one of the dedicated workspaces. Largest bedroom also has second dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

No entrance to backyard and it isn't really a usable space. There is only a patio like area on side of the house.

Great stay!

The host was fantastic. She was very kind and responsive. The house was spacious and just what we needed for our large family. Location was close to the Marietta square with lots of shops and restaurants.

HVAC was broken our first night. Adunni (property manager) came to the property quickly and attempted to fix it. Remained broken, but she went out of her way and brought fans for all rooms until HVAC could be looked at next day. HVAC was fixed early next day and was very happy with the communication throughout our stay with the manager. Rooms were spacious and clean. Neighborhood was mostly quiet.
