You'll enjoy easy access to everything from this cute and cozy home in the Metro East. There's plenty to see and do in the Riverbend area of Illinois. This home is a short 10-minute drive to Alton, and 40 minutes to St. Louis. Do you love the outdoors? Be sure to visit nearby Grafton and the Katy Trail State Park. Nearby hospitals include Alton Memorial and OSF Saint Anthony's. It's just 4 miles to the SIU Dental School. The park-like atmosphere of the fenced in yard is a dog's dream come true!
There is off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles, depending on size. No travel vans, RV's or boats accepted.
This is a family home best suited for professionals, couples or grandparents with children. No parties or events—maximum 4 people, or additional charges will apply. Guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. One dog 26-50 lbs. accepted, or two dogs >25 lbs. No more than two dogs, please.
