This one bedroom suite features a plush queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen that provides all of comforts of a home and the convenience to make a meal. The entire family can enjoy this beautiful suite that features a 42’’ HD TV and DVD player in the living room. Suite also has a furnished patio. Can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• Check-in: 4:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

• A USD $33.83 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; select daily activities; sports equipment; outdoor games including: chess, corn-hole, spike-ball; paddle boat rentals; movie & boardgames rentals, barbecue equipment and PressReader access.

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us at before your arrival.

~Property Policies~

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

• Smoking Policy: Beachwoods Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.

The large pool slide is closed until further notice. The arcade/game room is currently closed for renovations through September 13, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Great Place to See the Outer Banks

Nice Place

The chlorine in the water park is very strong; however, the kids enjoyed it. The arcade is outdated. It had more claw games then real play games. Enjoyed the paddle boat with the turtles, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and the friendly workers. Everyone was nice. The one bedroom with the sofa bed was descent but it was cramped and not enough space. Floors need to be moped for each checkin. The flooring in the room was dirty. Need more in room trashcans and they need have a grill area for families. My stay felt safe and secure. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. It was peaceful and not crowded.

We enjoyed our stay

We were disappointed that the indoor slide wasn’t working and the arcade room was under construction. Visiting in March when the weather is not the greatest, we were looking forward to those indoor activities. But overall the stay was pleasant and everyone was very nice and helpful.

When booking this I asked if the indoor pool and Little waterpark was heated as the temperature outside would be cold and I was traveling with my three year old granddaughter. No one ever answered me so I assumed it was. It definitely was not the water temperature was about 50° and totally unusable. There was a hot tub parents were trying to take children in because they could not use the pool. The CDC says children under the age of 5 should not use a hot tub for health reasons. I paid an amenity fee and could not use the amenity. The pictures shown on your website do not match what is in actuality. Yes, where you check in is very nice, that’s it. The website also does not show that lodging is totally separate from where you check in. I’m 66 and traveled with a 3 year old. I had to make several trips up stairs carrying everything in and out. Our room looked nothing like the pictures you show, our room was very outdated. There was not even a clock in the bedroom, even a cheap hotel gives you a clock. There were literally four plates, four forks, etc. I had to constantly hand wash the four items because it would take to long to run the dishwasher. The water rinse station outside did not work so the three year old and I tracked in sand from the beach; I had no way to sweep it up because there was no broom so we were walking in sand all weekend inside. The walls were paper thin and I heard everything from next door and upstairs. I will not be back.

Beware Hidden Fees!

Not sure why this is listed on VRBO, as it's a time-share. Make sure you read the ENTIRE listing carefully. The fees they charge once you lock in are listed, but they're not easy to find or see. They amount to an extra $35 or so per night. I think this is dishonest of the property.
