This was my second time staying at this property. Me and my family loves looking at the ocean and the boats on the balcony. You will see dolphins everyday from the balcony. This property is well taken care of and very clean.

There was no access to the beach. Interior of room was great The view was great. It was real clean. The TVs were hard to work. The hallway could use some work did not see a Bible.

One of the most stunning properties I’ve ever stayed in and our family has been coming to Destin/Okaloosa island for over 30 plus years. If you like private with incredible views this place won’t disappoint. Communications was by far top notch. Will always be my first condo choice in the future.

Wow!! This place was amazing. This was our first time in Destin. The host kept us up to date on everything. Easy to find and great location. Everything is in quick driving distance. My favorite part was this condo basically has a private beach spot. Every morning we went out and were basically by ourselves. We saw turtles every morning and didn’t have to share them. It was like a perfect dream come true. Not having to fight over a spot or view. The condo its self was outstanding. Beautiful inside and the views were breathtaking. Five stars 10 out of 10 for us. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Now, you do have to walk three condos down for public beach access. I didn’t care the private beach on the property was well worth it! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great property and great unit. This unit was recently remodeled and looks great. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Only minor complaint is that I had to reach out and ask about the marina code. It wasn’t a problem but could have been if they didn’t respond with it in time. Things get a little crazy during check in day when you’re driving a boat and you don’t know what slip or the code.Other minor complaint is the paper towels. I know it’s a courtesy to provide all necessary supplies and I appreciate that but the paper towels were a joke. I think they are the same as the toilet paper, just on a wider roll. So bring some Kleenex Signature Cloth paper towels with you and everyone in your group will be happy.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location on the second floor was perfect—One of the highlights of our trip was sitting out on the balcony and watching dolphins swim by right from our view—absolutely unforgettable! The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was right at our fingertips. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean! Spacious and very quiet! Our daughter, son in law and granddaughter loved the little beach and pool. So nice enjoy the spacious balcony and watch all of the harbor activity. 10/10 from us.

Stunning views

Clean and fully updated condo! Located in a beautiful area on a private beach with the harbor on the other side of the building. Easy access to everything nearby. Property managers were very responsive and communicative when we had questions or needs.

Beautiful condo

The place was beautiful! Wish we would have paid more attention to the location. By the pictures I thought we could walk out of the back and be on the beach so that was not convenient with a three kids and one being a 3 year old because we had to walk a block to beach access. It’s a beautiful condo though .

Incredible!

The condo is just as the pictures show. Amazing views from every room, immaculately clean, beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, cool A/C, quiet location. We were unsure about the seawall instead of typical beach but ended up liking it better because of the view & how close we were to the water. We watched sailboats go by. There is white sand for tanning & a great pool with ocean view. The teens made the short walk to a nearby beach once but preferred the condo’s sand/pool instead. We cannot wait to come back! This is our new favorite place!

The stay was terrible. It plainly states in several locations in the listing that you have direct beach access and you don't. You don't even have access to the beach. You have to drive and fight the crowds at the public beach below or up above us. I have not been allowed to speak to the homeowners once. There is an entire office and wasn't opened once during our stay spoke to me and insulted me. I fell trying to set us up on a beach and we got a parking ticket bc we're new to the area and didn't see any signage where you were made to pay. Had to pay to set out your chairs since there is no beach. 25 a day. Only the third party rental would talk to you and they limited that communication until after your stay, literally refused. This company verified we have beach access then lied stating they had no record of the call I made to verify beach access bc when we go to the beach we sit out and play as a family all day. The company made me provide all possible numbers I could have called from to invalidate my calls. The entire second floor smells like a nursing home it really stinks and there are two fans being used trying to keep the musty smell down but they aren't on the pictures. They take tricky pictures. There is a journal in the room that states this same issue has been an issue for almost five years since early 2022. I took pictures. Do not stay here and waste your money. They will not refund. Lost hot water, condo is very nice and clean. Unfair. Robbed my family.
