Fabulous Condo Overlooking Canal w/Pool, Walking distance to Park/Beach

This fabulous, well-kept condo is perfect for any type of vacation. Enjoy your morning on the back deck while waving to the boaters, jog or bring the kids to the playground at Northside Park which is with-in walking distance, walk to the beach 2 blocks away, or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset on the front deck!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and the 2 bath sinks are separated from the bathtub/commode. The second bedroom has a queen bed which has an entry to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has (2) double beds and access to the front deck. All linens are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Two sliding glass doors in the main living area gives the whole condo plenty of natural lighting.

In addition to the central air conditioning and heating, there are ceiling fans and TV's in every room. There is a front deck overlooking the tennis court and 2 pools. The back deck overlooks the docks, canal and boats. Enjoy the sunset at the front deck and greet the morning on the back deck.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION! This location is absolutely gorgeous. Located directly beside Northside Park which has a huge play area for the children and great for walking, running or biking. A third floor unit to catch the amazing sunsets off the balcony's and great view of the boats and canal's. Walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants, it's no problem to fall in love with the area.
