3 BR, 2 BA 1st floor condo in sought after North Ocean City. This ocean block condo is just steps to the beach. Perfect for friends or family - there's plenty around to do!
One bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed and both are equipped with TVs. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for everyone or visit one of the many nearby restaurants. After a day full of fun, relax on the front or back porch.
There's plenty of family amusements with miniature golf and a water park within a few blocks. Take a bike ride down to Northside Park or up to Fenwick Island, with one of our available bikes. There are many restaurants and bars close by, or take the OC bus for a short ride down to the famous boardwalk. If you would like to venture out further, visit Assateague Island for wildlife, Delaware for tax-free shopping, or Berlin for a small town visit.
Private parking is available in the rear.
Rate includes cleaning fee. VRBO collects the 6% required state sales tax and 5% local sales tax. Minimum age limit of 25 for renters. No seniors for senior week, please. One well-behaved dog is permitted for an additional fee.

Great Stay

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay here. Back lawn space was great for the pup and plenty of parking. Inside was nicely updated and a great porch. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Leah #2. The decor was cute & comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the location was fantastic. It’s a quick walk to the beach and walking distance to some stores & eateries. We loved hanging out on the front porch & the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand was very handy. Rachel was very nice to work with. She notified me that the dryer might not be in working order but thankfully it was. The neighbors were all kind & friendly. My only complaints would be that the floors could’ve been cleaner. There was sand & dog fur on them upon arrival. There is access to a vacuum & broom so that was fine. The full size bed was a little tight for my husband & I but we made due. And there is not much room in the bathroom for toiletries & the mirrors are rather small. But overall, the good outweighs the bad and my family enjoyed our stay. The best part was that we were able to bring our dog, Hazel, with us! Thanks Rachel!

The condo itself was great. It’s very close to the beach and has evenything you need. The only downside was thin walls. You can hear every movement of the renters upstairs.

Great property and my dog loved it too

Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We loved the location, easy access to the beach, and all the amenities. Our lab loved being able to vacation with us and spending the evenings on the front porch. The host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Lovely Condo by the Beach

Our family and dog stayed at the condo for a long weekend. The house was charming and well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and there were plenty of places nearby to eat. The owners provided helpful guides to the area. I would highly recommend this location.

Overall enjoyed the place! Great location, plenty of room in the home, parking was great, and it was extremely easy to communicate with the owner. Linens and paper products were not provided, but I really appreciate the fact that we were told that in the rental agreement. Overall great stay

Teachers on Summer Break

4 teachers took 5 days to go to Fenwick Beach. This property was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. Enough beds for 4 people. Everything we could hope for.I contacted the owner twice and she replied within minutes. We'd go back in a heart beat.

Overall cozy condo with basic creature comforts and fairly nice decor. We had great weather and all adults and a small dog for the stay. Great book selection, however the television situation could be a bit better. Easy access to beach, mini golf and shopping for necessities. Neighborhood residents were friendly and welcoming.

Front porch is great with plenty of seating to wind down at the end of day. Close walk to beach. Made it easy to come back to house to use bathroom or grab lunch. Living room and kitchen were spacious and well stocked. Our family of 5 plus dog fit perfect.
