We had a wonderful time ‘ I couldn’t have been happier ! My daughter had an amazing send off and an amazing time I was so happy putting it all together for her and thanks to this place it was the perfect space

Best staycation ever !

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business

Spacious, Clean Apartment in a Convenient Location

We stayed in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in the Belmont section of Philadelphia. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a private entrance was a nice bonus, and the amount of space really worked well for our group.The host was communicative and checked in throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The main entrance door didn’t feel very secure, and adding a gated security door and bolt lock would definitely help increase safety. We also could’ve used more towels—and larger ones, as the ones provided were quite small. Lastly, the beds are smaller than queen-sized, likely fulls, which might be worth noting for future guests.Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Philly.

Keep looking unless you're desperate

I was excited about staying at this property with it being so close to where i need to be; especially for the price. Communication with the host was pretty slow. We had the house set for 4 people and there were 3 towels and 6 wash cloths. When asked for more she said they would be brought over to "make our stay more comfortable" but rhere should have been 4 towels there automatically. AND the towels never showed up smh. She messaged the NEXT morning (day of check out) saying she didnt hear back from the cleaning crew. Bad business! The listing said there would be refreshments, but there wasnt. When asked about them 2x, she responded with "oh that was an old listing, there are no refreshments provided". She also made mention of her cleaning closet that should not be tampered with or we could be fined. I asked her 2x about this closet so we knew not to go in there. There was no response to that question. I did see a cleaning closet but it had no lock on it and it was open with nothing anybody would want to take. nside of the apartment was esthetically nice, the bed was comfortable, but the floor wasnt clean, there was hair on the bathroom walls, toilet sitting in the upstairs toilet and the downstairs toilet litterally had poop in it still smh. The noise level is on 10 all night. The door and lock to the front door was so cheap and flimsy we felt it could be kicked easily. We ended up sleeping with the couch pushed in front of it. Street parking sucked, goos luck with that.

The property is very clean and neat. Perfect spot for a getaway it was super cute. Host responds quickly within 5-10 minutes which is great. Even the neighborhood area is a great spot.
