South of the boulevard Gem: A Stunning newly remodeled FULLY FURNISHED home that stands out from all the others. As you will see no expenses has been spared so you can enjoy your stay within the resort. Open floor plan, Chefs Dream kitchen with Viking Appliances and oversized Island. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 primary bedrooms and 2 Standard rooms. The Outdoor area has it all from a very private south facing Pool with unlimited views overlooking the magnificent breamer Golf Course and city. The outdoor kitchen gives you the option for dinning at night time, giving you that extra bit of peacefulness and tranquility after a busy day. The house is only available FURNISHED for min of 6 months. Garage is not included in the lease. tenant pays for all utilities. Owner will only pay for weekly pool service and Gardner and basic cable.
