The home was clean and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Great property for families with kids and guests of all ages! It’s conveniently located near the Strip and offers plenty of activities and entertainment right inside the house. A perfect place to relax, have fun, and make wonderful memories together! We had a great time .

We just had a family reunion here including ages from 5 months to 80 years. We enjoyed all the games included on site and spent hours in the swimming pool. Be ready for a little funkiness in the decor (which made it fun), and the place is very clean, which was important to us. The property manager is easy to get ahold of and attentive. The place was perfect for us and we would stay there again!!

We had a fantastic stay during our trip to Las Vegas! The house was a great home base for our group, with plenty of space to hang out, relax, and enjoy time together. The pool is such a great fun time. It was exactly what we needed for a memorable weekend. We had an amazing time and really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after exploring Vegas. The air conditioning was great, and Bill did a great job of always being in touch and helping us out with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend for family and groups looking to enjoy a trip together!

Had a wonderful stay here, the house and outdoor space were perfect for our group. We had 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient to the strip but felt very private. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. Definitely recommend for large groups looking to spend quality time together! Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!

The house had some issues with door handle being broken and bathroom doors not locking. The surround sound system that has speakers throughout the home did not work and the sound quality was poor. Other than that the rooms were nice and photos and listing description matched in person. Host was friendly and responded quickly.

Edgar You can see that the group that stayed just before your arrival gave us a 10 star Review with lots of good details as well as hundreds over more than ten years. We are Rated as a VIP Host because we go out of our way to insure items like a faulty door handle do not happen. We have proof that someone in your group, broke the handle as we checked our Ring camera by the Door. The Stereo works well, the radio station your friends programed was not a clear signal.All the bathroom doors locked. Our maids complained of how trashed your group left it with people throwing up in beds and pool area. You had large parties over 25 and did not respect the property.

This is our 4th or 5th year staying at this property. We have never ever experienced any problems, in my party there 13 to 14 people. There are plenty of towels and TV’s. William is a outstanding HOST!! And The A/C is Cold

This is the perfect house if you are going with a large group, 18 adults in ours and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property is beautiful just like the pictures and there was an activity for everyone. We spent the days by the pool which was heated and maintained prior to our arrival. They also provide several pool towels for use. Check in was easy. Our host William was absolutely amazing and very responsive. The house was clean, fun and had a good vibe! We will most definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing time at this rental for our cousin's reunion. There was something for everyone! We made so many fun memories and would definitely recommend this place if you have a large group gathering with all different ages. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I cannot express the joy we had inside this amazing home. It was beautiful and perfect! We had a party of 24 between the ages of 10-88 years old and the house accommodated everyone perfectly. The only downfall, we couldn’t just move in and stay forever. We will most definitely be back.
The living room had a poker table that was used repeatedly
The pool was big enough for our entire family! And the waterfall and foliage were beautiful
There are a MILLION spots to choose to hang out. All with shade and we loved it

We had a wonderful time in the villa and there were a lot of amenities to enjoy. The communication with Bill and the team was really good. The unique downside, just a few bathrooms for many bedrooms. But it was compensated with an special and surprising welcoming gift for the bride and groom. We will back!!

We had a great stay. William was very accomodating and friendly.The yard and outdoor environment was amazing! It was like you own tropical oasis.The inside was dated and hodgepodge. The garage was made into a gameroom that felt very dingy. Some of the rooms were built in. One of the walls to the room was the garage door that was covered up with a curtain. One of the rooms used to be a walk in closet. This could be an amazing place if the house was properly remodled.Overall, we had a great stay.We spent most of our time by the pool. This was awesome!

We had a wonderful time at the Outdoor Oasis Retreat! We had a large group in Vegas for a college reunion and the property was amazing. The large kitchen was a great place to hang out in, but the real star of the property was the outdoor area. The hot tub and sauna have seen better days, but they were still fun and the pool/waterfall/landscaping were very pretty.The owner Bill was very responsive to any questions we had. When just a few of us were suddenly stuck in Vegas due to cancelled flights/storms on the east coast, he negotiated a very fair rate for the extra night which was really helpful.If you are looking for a fancy, modern house with brand new amenities, this house is not for you as the decor is straight from the 1980s and some of the rooms were retrofitted from other spaces (such as in a large closet, garage, game room). But if you are looking for a large space with kitschy charm, the Outdoor Oasis is perfect!
