Enjoy this large, bright cabin that boasts a private deck with treetop views, knotty pine walls, AC in 2 rooms, wood burning stove, game room, 5 beds, and a spacious hot tub.

35 mins to Bear Valley, 20 mins to Murphy's wine country, access to a private lake year-round and amenities during the summer. The kitchen is stocked for all of your cooking needs.

Note: Steep, long driveway up. In winter, AWD / 4x4 / snow chains recommended.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs under 50lb allowed. Dogs may not be left alone at any time and must be under its handler's care at all times. Dogs are not allowed on beds/couches. (Pet fee extra - let us know you are bringing your dog!)

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

- Take all trash and recycling with you and drop at the Avery Transfer Station (5mins down the mountain) - Be sure no sinks are dripping and no toilets are running

- If you used the wood burning stove, ensure that the door is closed (ideally the fire is burned down, or almost all the way out)

- Shut off all lights - (winter only) Turn upstairs and downstairs thermostats 'On', and at 50 degrees. - Be sure front door deadbolt locks on your way out (pull door towards you while locking)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
