Modern Cabin In Lakemont Pines, Arnold

We have recently lowered our pricing and fees to bring our customers a great experience at a competitive price.

This newly built cabin boasts soaring ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating. Perfect for any celebration. Located in Lakemont Pines, with all the Lake and Recreation Amenities. Linens are included at no extra cost.

The great room open to the gourmet kitchen and dining area boasts a wood burning stove and there is a convenient 1/2 bath just off the great room. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed and boasts a soaking tub for two. Upstairs you will find the children's room with a set of bunk beds and a trundle. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the second full bath is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the loft. In the Loft is a full size futon, aside from sleeping it provides a quiet escape where one can sit and read. Maximum sleeping occupancy is 8.

Great stay. House had a great layout and beds were super comfortable. AC was phenomenal - gone are the days you want to rent in Arnold in the summer without it and few places have it.

Had a lovely stay here. The lake is wonderful. The master bedroom is downstairs which is nice. Additional 2 bedrooms and a common area upstairs.

Family winter trip

Perfect Family Get Away at Hummingbird

We loved our stay. The house was so clean. It’s a great location, 10 min walk to the Lake. My teen boys enjoyed playing corn hole. The BBQ was clean and convenient. Great place for entertaining. Owner was super nice and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend this location.

Quick Family Get Away

Decided to take the kids to the snow last minute. Needed a place where we could bring our dog. Home was clean and, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to park our large SUV in the garage. Very Comfortable beds, had all the amenities. 20 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort. All in all was a very comfortable home, will definitely stay here again

Wonderful!

The property is beautiful and stocked with essentials to make you feel at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive, friendly, and very understanding when I told him I had to replace his coffee maker because we accidentally dropped his coffee pot. I highly recommend staying at this cabin. We will definitely be back!

Mike the owner is an excellent communicator. I asked many questions before and during our stay and he responded within minutes. His demeanor was very pleasant even when I was asking many questions that may have been obvious.

Second time is a charm!

This is the second time we have stayed at the property over the winter holidays. It is big and roomy with plenty of space for two families with young children. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking holiday meals. Location is convenient my dog enjoyed walking around the lake in the morning. It is about 35 mins to bear valley. Easy drive from the Bay Area.

Nice, clean, comfy home!

Great vacation home for our family! The home was clean, and it had everything we needed. When we thought we forgot something, we found it in the house! This is the first time we took our dog and the fence around the patio made us feel comfortable knowing he could not escape. We love Lakemont Pines for the quiet community and private lake. The host was great and quick to respond when we had questions.

Great neighborhood and great property

Can definitely see ourselves coming back to this property. House was roomy, clean and fairly all new. We were actually pleasantly surprised as we felt the pictures didn't do the place justice. It's about a rocks throw away from the lake and roughly 35 mins from Bear. Appreciated the quick responses from the owner and being able to park in the garage when it was dumping snow.

This is a great rental. We stayed at the same place years ago, and it continues to be one of our favorites. The house is light, pretty, and well cared for, the location is convenient, kitchen is well stocked, and Mark is always super helpful. Highly recommend it!

Gorgeous new home in Arnold

Hummingbird is a beautiful property that's perfectly designed and appointed. From the generously sized and outfitted kitchen to the well sized dining room and living room, this is a perfect place for two families+ to enjoy together. Downstairs master is particularly nice with its little private balcony and huge bathroom. Overall, this is a great house where the owners clearly care a lot about what's inside the home - a bit of a rarity in our experiences in Arnold. You can't go wrong here.

Great family vacation

Mark’s place is wonderful! We had a great time staying here for our family trip! The location is amazing, the cabin is spacious, super clean and cozy! The Lake and lakemont area is beautiful. Mark was extremely responsive and very flexible with check in/out times. We look forward to returning again!

A piece of paradise.

My family and I stayed at the Walker cabin & It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. As a former resident of Arnold I am well versed with Cabin life & this one in particular is a gem! My wife and I have been renting summer cabins at Lake mont for the last 16 years. My Father built the original pier were I proposed to my wife & a year later we were married on the lake side. We had a fantastic Anniversary & family vacation. this cabin is by far one of the nicest family getaway Arnold has to offer. Can't wait until next year! Thank you Walker Family..

Great cabin!

Super clean, well stocked, amazing cabin close to Lakemont Pines! We had a great time at the lake, and the cabin was amazing. My parents enjoyed the room downstairs, my daughter (6) LOVED the bunkbeds upstairs! This cabin has everything you need for a great vacation. A bonus is the garage is empty so you can actually park in it! Most VRBOs this isn’t an option. A huge plus! Book it now! You will love it!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Walker Family Cabin. There was plenty of room for our family of four, my parents, and our two dogs. The cabin was very clean and stocked with linens, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the kitchen and kitchen table. The beds were all comfortable and the AC worked great! The fenced in porch was perfect for playing games and enjoying nature. The garage easily fit two cars with room to spare. The lake was a quick drive from the cabin. It was clean, warm, and had plenty of shaded areas. There was a grocery store a few minutes away that had everything you needed. Wonderful stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Upscale hiker's retreat

If you enjoy hiking as much as I, this is your destination. The house is just a few miles from the Arnold Rim Trail and White Pines Lake. The house is new, nicely furnished, and has a the space if you need. Great wood floors, clean and well designed kitchen. A perfect place to recharge!

Newly built with lovely high vaulted ceilings. Great kitchen with modern appliances and fully stocked. The linens and towels are plentiful and high quality. Large garage can accommodate two full size vehicles. Really checked all our boxes, 10/10 would stay again.

Lily and I have lived in Central California all of our lives. We wanted to create a place to get away from the daily routine that would satisfy our passion for the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Why they chose this property

We were introduced to the Arnold area and fell in love. It has been a lifelong dream to build a custom home, so we located a vacant lot and our dream became a reality. As owner/builders we were able to incorporate our style and personality into the home. Access to Lakemont Pines was an added bonus that we have come to treasure. Tanner lake is a beautiful place that has become a part of our family traditions.

What makes this property unique

The location of the property allows for quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants and is a short drive to Murphy's or Bear Valley Ski Area.
