For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom closet.
- **Second Bedroom**: Ideal for kids or friends, this cozy room includes two twin-sized beds and is conveniently located next to the kitchen and dining area. A half bathroom is just across the hall.

Upstairs:
- **Two Additional Bedrooms**: Both bedrooms boast comfortable queen-sized beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The west wing bedroom has its own full bathroom, providing added privacy.
- **Spacious Living Area**: In between the two bedrooms, you’ll find a spacious living room with a pool table, perfect for some friendly competition. Step out onto the private balcony for stunning views and fresh air.

Family-Friendly Features:
The east wing upstairs bedroom includes a standard-sized baby crib, making it easy for families traveling with infants. Please note that sheets are not provided for the crib.

Guest Access:

- Guests will have access to the entire house except for the office room located in the first room to the right after walking through the front door.

- There is also a cleaning closet used for backup supplies located in the closet area of east wing bedroom upstairs that is not accessible for guests.

- Please note that guests will not have access to the garage area as this is used for the homeowner’s and their personal property.
