Relax out back in the newer heated salt water pool/spa and just added free standing heated hot-tub. Newer home on a secluded cul-de-sac 30-45 miles from Ft. Myers beach. The home is equipped with a Ring monitored alarm system and cameras on the exterior only. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and another full bath. Clean, comfortable home for up to 6 people. Amount of guests staying is required when booking your reservation. Screened in front and back lanai; ceiling fans in both areas allow outdoor living any time of day. Fenced back yard suitable for children and small dogs. 2 maximum, fee for second dog will be invoiced seperately.The home is fully furnished with one king and two queen size bedroom sets, two couches, family dining table, and 4 bar stools. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker; laundry room has free use of washer and dryer for guests on the reservation . AC and ceiling fans are in great condition. Well maintained property features professional lawn care, quarterly pest control indoors and outdoors, water softening system professionally maintained, and kitchen water filtering. And a 2 car garage. The home is equipped with 4 tv’s, 3 are smart tv’s that you can stream Hulu, Netflix,Disney plus, or Ruku with your own subscription accounts. High speed internet and WiFi, basic Dish network is provided for your viewing pleasure. The house is fully stocked with sheets, towels, pool towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Host is very responsive. You will make wonderful memories here. Please read the house rules for pets and no parties. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises which include garage, house, front or back Lani/ screen porch. All you need to pick up are groceries and basic everyday essentials you’ll never want to leave during your stay. 45 minutes to the beach and plenty of shopping available.

The location is great! The house has so many amenities and is thoughtfully decorated in a beach theme. The pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition! Travelling and eating in most of the time, we really enjoyed all the extras like a fully stocked spice cupboard, tea and coffee options, lots prep and cooking dishes, beach towels, and laundry facilities.

Great home!!! Our family loved the pool and hot tub. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House is fully stocked. Home is located near state road 82, which makes it super convenient to head into Fort Myers. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!

Perfect family get-a-way!

Carol was an awesome host! She communicated immediately and stayed in contact before and during our stay. Clean, nice, organized, excellent decor....AND THE POOL, WITH GRILL AREA AND PATIO FURNITURE. 2nd visit is worth the drive

We absolutely loved our second visit to this house! The recent updates, like the new patio furniture and shower heads, were fantastic additions. The patio speaker was a definite highlight for us, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, being pet-friendly made our stay even better. We can't wait to come back again!

Loved our stay!!

This is a beautiful home with an awesome pool and lanai setup. It’s more than we could have asked for! The kids kept asking if we can please come back to this house next year! It was safe & quiet, clean, and communication from Carol was superb! We loved it from the moment we walked in and we’re sad to go but hope to be back in the future!

Vacation Gem

The house was clean and ready to go. Door access was setup and easy for getting in and out. House has everything you will need for your stay. Stunning new pool that was a treat for all. Carol is on point with all communication. Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.

What makes this property unique

Upgraded fully stocked kitchen with large fenced in yard backed up to wooded property. The lot is a half of acre with woods on each side. Private in a culdesac that you can take nice morning and evening walks in. The neighbors are very nice.
