Great location! Easy walking distance to Park Ciry ski slopes and to historic park city town. Apartment was fully stocked and hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this location to our family/friends and will be back. The sauna is currently closed but the hot tub was nice.
Property was as advertised. Location was perfect…one block from the mountain. Downtown was within an easy 15 minute stroll or 3 minute bus ride. Property was well equipped and dedicated unit equipment storage was a definite plus.
Our family (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed for a week between Christmas and new year. We had an incredible time. The apparement is perfectly located (7min easy walk to the ski base). The place is well set up and the kitchen has everything we needed to enjoy home-made cooking, breakfast, etc. Easy access by foot or via shuttle to Main Street for a night out. Would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it to others.
The best location to walk to Jackson’s base camp for rentals and not too rough to carry our owned equipment. Bit more of a jaunt to town shops and restaurants but fun in the flurries. Not all of the bells and whistles of some VRBO, but this trip was about the location and hot tub access so we were all four happy.
Place was roomy clean well appointed. Everything worked. Nothing was difficult about this place.
Hot tub was clean and well kept. Short walk to lifts. Easy to catch the bus to the active Main St area ( everyone uses the bus in Park City)- i block out the front door. Communication was great.
Very nice condo as advertised. Very comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 sons. The condo is very well located and although not ski on/off it is easy to get to the Payday lift at the Resort Center, either by walking or drop off/parking. Although we spent our days on the mountain and evenings out, the village is close bye. The condo is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, and there is a space in the garage for your vehicle. The hot tub is very nice and clean.

RETIRED SKI GUYS
Great place, great location. You walk 100 feet to the bus stop and then go 3 minutes to the town lift or downtown Park City. Everything you need is at the condo. Owner supplies ample amounts of everything you will need. Lots of closet space. Also lots of condiments that you don't need to purchase to prepare and enhance your meals. Grill on the balcony. Great Sauna and hot tub. We have been going on a ski vacation for 20 years and this is the best place we stayed at. Will go there again.
This condo was so perfect. The layout, size of the rooms, kitchen , everything. All the appliances worked great. The location is perfect right next to the ski area. Parking garage was great . Bus stop to go to main st is right outside. 2 stops away from main. We ended up using the car alot so the parking was nice to be in the garage. I normally can nit pick any property I stay at. Not this one. Even the beds are good. Would recommend this unit, and would stay here again on my next trip to park city.
We rented this property for a long weekend getaway and for our first time to Park City. We had such a wonderful stay here. It was so conveniently located to the Park City lifts, just a quick walk which was helpful to not have to deal with parking at the resort. Very convenient to the downtown area. The condo was clean, was accurately represented by the online listing and perfect for what we needed! The property manager was prompt and friendly with any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Ski Condo - comfortable, well-appointed, and great location
We really enjoyed staying in Sarah and Rob's property! They take great care of the condo and it shows. It's clean, updated, comfortable and is fully stocked with all of the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is centrally located in the heart of Park City. We walked to the lifts and shops in Old Town Park City. Having a covered garage space is also a big plus when it snows. Highly recommend!

Great Location! Close to everything!
We shad a wonderful stay even though the snow didn't cooperate. The condo was plenty big enough for our family of 5. We liked the fact that it was in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Just down hill from Park City ski lifts. Would definitely go back and stay again!

I’m very sorry to hear the cleaning was not up to your standards – I have a professional cleaning service that comes in between each rental, and I will pass on any feedback to them and see what happened during that changeover. Had you contacted me before, during, or after the stay, I would have done anything possible to make your stay more comfortable and to remedy any situation. I am available to handle any issue that may arise, and have never had a dissatisfied guest in the 5 years I have been renting my property (please see the other 18 four and five star ratings below). Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, and for future guests, please contact me if there is any way I can assist you (either before arrival with any questions to help plan your Park City visit, or during your stay if there is anything you need).

Convenient location
Good central location to main Park City lifts. Many ski rental shops at the base area, along with restaurants and coffee shops.
Condo was well equipped, although we only ate breakfast in condo. Beds were comfortable, and living room had ample seating.
Walked to lifts, uphill 1 block, then across the parking lot to mall area. Skis and poles could be stored with services in the mall for a fee, if not renting, in which case, the shop stored equip. for free. Used lockers, and cubbies in shop to store street shoes while skiing.
Condo was a short drive to the parking chaos of Main Street. Big grocery store about 3/4 mile.

Great Spot and Comfy Condo
Checked our boxes:
1) well stocked kitchen
2) large 2nd bedroom (sleeps 4 kids: twin bunk beds and trundle bed) we needed room for 3, this was big enough easily, and an en-suite bathroom for the kids
3) just downhill from PCMR commuter parking/kiss-and-ride, an easy walk leaving skis at valet on hill
4) on the Park Ave bus route system, saw 5 diff bus lines go by
5) 1 block from 7-11 for last minute beer, ahem, snack runs
6) shared hot-tub and sauna area, with gameroom for the kids (pingpong, etc)
Once you learn which doors/stair work best, access is easy. Covered parking if you have a car, we shuttled and used the bus system and walked to dinner when we ate out.
Would come back again for sure.

Great Location
We've been doing an annual ski trip for 30 years. We were looking for a ski-in ski-out place when we found this. It was several hundred dollars a nite less and the free bus was right outside the door. Each morning it took us about 10 minutes from walking out the door to be at the Park City ski area (buses run every 5 min in the morning). We left our skis at an overnite valet so we didn't have to carry them on the bus. The unit was well stocked with condiments and cooking utensils, which was important for us as we tend to collapse in the unit after skiing and not go out again.
The key code access made getting in & out very easy without worrying about carrying a key around. As we spent most evenings in the unit, a bigger TV would have been nice.

Got the Essentials for a Hard Skiing Weekend
Great Location. You can walk to the lifts at PCMR in less than 5 min with ski boots. You can walk to heart of main st. (10 min walk). Decent community hot tub. Decent amenities - we cooked a hearty breakfast every morning and it has more than the essential cook ware and even has spices, oils, zip lock bags, tin foil, coffee filters, some extra coffee, etc. Thus, you are good to cook if you only get your staple groceries. The rental manager (Rob) was very good at communicating before the trip.
It was a perfect place for a guys trip that centered around big breakfasts, hard skiing, hot tubing, big dinners, sleeping, then repeating.

Good stay
The place was clean, spacious and within walking distance, 5 min to PCMR. Check in was easy with very clear and detailed instructions.
Trying to watch a DVD was difficult, as the previous guest had changed the connections to gaming console. Could use a few more pots and pans in the kitchen.
Overall, very good stay.

Why they chose this property
Location location location. This is why I chose this condo to live in myself - there are many places to stay in Park City that require a car, a long bus ride, or an expensive cab ride to get to skiing and other attractions, so I love the convenience of having Park City Resort and Main Street in walking distance. On ski trips growing up we would stay at a condo where we were within walking distance to the lodge, and I always thought that was the best part - so that's what I looked for in Park City. I'll also mention (and sorry for the lack of humility), with this property you will have the pleasure to deal with a very friendly and responsible owner, which I know isn't always the case.
What makes this property unique
The things I fell in love with in this condo... The hot tub - nothing better after a long day skiing or hiking than soaking in the hot tub. Also the homey, clean, new feel inside the condo.. and the ping pong table put it over the top.
