We enjoyed it very much! It would be helpful if the property managers would trim the bushes at the entry off the main road as the drivers vision is obstructed in trying to turn onto the main road.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, James! Unfortunately, the property managers are not responsible for the bush maintenance but we will pass along your comments to the association who is. Thanks for choosing Prime Vacation Rentals.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had a quiet, relaxing time. Didn’t care for the 4PM check-in and 10AM check out. We were very rushed to get out by 10AM, when on vacation you don’t really want to get up early to leave.

Perfect Wisp weekend!

This townhome did not disappoint! The location is perfect, and the view is terrific. The home was very, very clean and well kept. We were a small group and could not use all of the space - but loved that there is a sofa/TV area on all three floors. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The check in process was very easy and check out was a breeze. We hope to visit again.

To answer your "did the host seem welcoming" question, there was no interaction with a host...just the rental company. We did get a few emails that seemed like automated communications with door code, etc. But nothing warm or welcoming. The house was fine, but maybe could have been a bit cleaner. I do understand that it is difficult to keep a large property like this one in top notch condition when there are renters in and out of it week after week. Something that needs immediate attention is the broken toilet seat in the lower level bathroom. The toilet seat is cracked in half. I didn't love four days of getting my rear end pinched every time I used the rest room! There is no way the cleaning crew or maintenance people didn't notice it is broken, and that seems like an easy fix that should have been taken care of. The gorgeous view of the lake and the ski hill are the best part of this home. It was also nice to be able to walk to the arcade and shops, restaurants / bars next door.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Kathylynn. We truly appreciate you staying with us and are glad to hear you enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake and ski hill, as well as the convenient walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the arcade. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our communication felt impersonal. While we do utilize automated emails to ensure important details like door codes are delivered promptly and accurately, we certainly want every guest to feel welcomed and valued. Your comments are a helpful reminder that we can always add a more personal touch. We also sincerely apologize for the condition of the toilet seat and for any discomfort that caused. That is absolutely not the standard we aim to uphold, and we are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure that items like this are not overlooked in the future. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us continue improving the experience we provide to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
