We had wonderful mountain views from the front porch of the tiny home! It was in a great location for shopping at small businesses, eating some tasty food at nearby restaurants, and visiting The Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The tiny home had all the essentials we needed for our stay and we would recommend it to couples or a small family. The only complaint we had was the mattress definitely needed to be replaced. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for us. Located only a mile from our daughter’s cabin and so close to all of the attractions and fun. The house was very clean and tidy. The only complaint would be that the bedroom was quite hot at night, even with the ceiling fan and other fan blowing. However, we would still love to stay again.

Overall it was very nice. Very close to my parents and all necessities (considering it’s up in the valley). Very clean and had everything needed. The water pressure was okay in the shower, but the height is definitely not suited for taller individuals (my husband is 6’3” and his head almost hit the ceiling). The only iffy items were the heaters. The main one in the living area was very loud and due to the cold, constantly kicking on. The standalone one in the bedroom may have a censor issue, as it was clicking on and off all night (about 5-6 times a minute and about every 5 minutes). Once you fell asleep it wasn’t too noticeable. Knowing all this- we’d definitely stay again. Very cute.

For the price this property was good, the thing about the house is it needs a/c in the bedroom, maybe a mini split unit, but the sun hits the end with the bedroom that it’s probably 10-15 degrees hotter than the main part of the house, also it could use some light in the shower enclosure.

Beautiful view, very low traffic noise, and the tiny house was perfect for what we needed. The host replied promptly and clearly. Great experience all around. Directly between Townsend and Pigeon Forge.
