We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Spend your evenings under Colorado’s wide-open sky, gathered around the glow of a firepit with Adirondack chairs for easy conversation. Both homes offer inviting outdoor spaces, from patio with BBQ grills and dining tables to a fenced yard at the family-friendly house, where kids and pets can play safely. Yard games and comfortable outdoor seating make these areas perfect for summer barbecues, morning coffee, or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset.

Indoor comfort
Step inside to open-plan living areas designed for groups to relax together. Each home features cozy sofas, Smart TVs for movie nights, and dining spaces that encourage lingering conversations. Fully stocked kitchens with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking basics make preparing meals simple, whether you’re whipping up breakfast for the kids or hosting a shared dinner across both houses. Sleeping arrangements
Between the two homes, there are 10 bedrooms with 11 beds, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 16 guests. The Modern Cowboy Cottage offers four king beds and one queen across five bedrooms, along with two bathrooms featuring updated fixtures. The Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat provides four king beds, one queen, and a twin bed across another five bedrooms, plus three full bathrooms - two with walk-in showers and one with a tub-shower combo. Soft linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets ensure restful nights for every guest.

Family- and pet-friendly touches
Travelers with children will find thoughtful amenities like a pack ’n play, high chair, and board games to keep little ones engaged. Babysitter recommendations are available for added peace of mind. Pets are welcome too, and the fenced yard at one of the homes makes outdoor time safe and easy for furry companions.

Everyday essentials
Each home is equipped with its own washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and climate control with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans for seasonal comfort. Keypad self check-in ensures smooth arrivals, while free parking is available on both premises and nearby streets.
