Wonderful accommodations and location! It accommodated my husband and me and 515-year-olds perfectly!Communication with property management was extremely easy so when I needed something as simple as hot pads, they brought them to me right away. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable… something always extremely important!

Fantastic location

Perfect stay for the beach location and access to everything along Balboa Peninsula! A little noisy at night but comes with the territory being on the main drag!

The apartment looks great in pictures, but it is an old property with some deferred maintenance. Could use new hooks on the walls in the master bathroom. The Wifi did not work most of the time we were there.

This was a great place to stay! The location was amazing, the listing accurate, and the check in and check out process was easy (especially checkout, which required no clean up or last day effort, simply pack up and go). The two fans provided were much appreciated and kept us relatively cool during the hottest part of the day.Great option for families with kids or larger groups!
