Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms beach home with 3 beds.
2 car parking - garage and carport.
Perfect location - walking distance to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores or ride around on the bikes provided along with boogie boards, toys, volleyball, basketball, tennis rackets and more!
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided, comfortable, and relaxing.
Fans and smart TV's in every room.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! For the entire family, enjoy the amusement rides at the Fun Zone, numerous gift shops, and lots of bike riding, scooters, volleyball, and more.

We provide beach cruisers, chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, games, football, volleyball, tennis rackets, basketballs, smash ball, etc.
We have provided the home with a starter set of soaps and paper products. Fans in every rooms and a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please be sure to ensure the barbecue gas tank is turned off and covered. Let us know if the propane tank is low or needs to be replaced Clean up any dog doo.

If you use the heater, please make sure you leave the pilot light ON. Return Bose speaker and garage remotes to the kitchen drawer.

Close all windows and doors. Lock the bikes up in the garage by two's. Let us know if you've damaged anything or anything needs to be replaced. Thank you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking on side A of the garage only. Side B is not our space. Security cameras in garage and front Please abide by check out time unless approved

The house was just as described and very convenient for beach access, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was great for making small meals, the beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great. Since the house faces a busy street, traffic noise was considerable, especially during the weekend in the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Great location a block from the boardwalk. Been going on vacation in Newport every summer for 10 years and finally got a place that was dog friendly. It was really nice being able to bring our family dog with us. Having all the bikes in the garage available for us to use was fantastic! Saved us the hassle of bringing our own or paying to rent bikes. All and all, great experience.

Our stay at this property was great! The rooms were all clean and had plenty of space for our family, and the host provided small amenities that helped us feel right at home. The upstairs AC worked like a charm, and we brought a few window fans for the downstairs rooms that worked wonders to bring the temps down overnight. The location was great for access to beach and local shops. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider returning next summer!

Great location to beach and having the park right across the street for my boys to play basketball and to take my dog was so convenient. The house has everything you could need to enjoy a day at the beach. Highly recommend.

Andrea's place was great! The description is perfect. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Check in & check out was super easy. The beach is just steps away. We had our 2 Labs with us--there's a park just across the street with pet areas. We were in town for a funeral but made the best of it. We'd love to come back later this year--we'll see!

Perfect Newport Beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place, everything was as described. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, and we had everything we needed to cook. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The host provided several bikes which were very convenient to get around the area. The location is very close to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house!

We chose this neighborhood because we can walk to the part of Newport Beach we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's no direct parking in front of our home so we can sit outside and enjoy the people watching as we talk and sip on a beverage. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or bike everywhere. We hope you love it too!
