Plenty of room in this newly remodeled downtown Salida home! Close to all of the action downtown but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of a historic neighborhood. Off-street parking, central A/C and heated tile floors in the bathrooms are a few of the modern conveniences at this home. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown Salida has to offer including Riverside Park on the Arkansas River. A quick drive to Monarch Mountain as well, We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Great property. We loved sitting at the outdoor patio space for morning coffee and meals. Enjoyed the large grassy yard and quiet neighborhood.

The house was neat and clean. There was a bed in the office to accommodate for our 3 children. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals.The front yard looks nice but the backyard is not so pretty.

Cozy and Comfortable

Perfect for a weekend getaway (wanted to stay longer). This home is very cute and clean and there was adequate space for our group. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet.

This is a beautiful, comfortable house within walking distance from downtown Salida. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The decor in the house was really pretty. A few things listed as available, i.e. coffee, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, were not on the property, but the property manager was quickly responsive and had these delivered the next day. I also noted that the description says wheelchair accessible - I think this may be an accidental error as there is no ramp. Overall I had a wonderful stay and I love this town. A few things to note - the lighting in the living room and dining room is quite dim making it a bit hard to read - this could easily be fixed by changing to a lighter colored light fixture. The street also is a bit of a thoroughfare street for cars - there were a lot of cars and trucks passing by throughout the day, but most of the time this didn't bother me, and I could not hear any street traffic from the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Simply stunning in Salida

This place was perfect for our stay over Presidents’ Day weekend. Renovated home that was very, very clean. This house has everything we needed and such a beautiful space. We especially loved the gas fire place. Found this place cozy for our family of 4. Close to town, could walk but it was cold so we didn’t. Hoping to come back in the summer time and will stay here.

A Real Treasure

First-immaculate! This adorable house is both tastefully and charmingly furnished and decorated! The owners obviously had the renters’ comfort and pleasure in mind when they artfully created the warm vibe of this little but spacious retreat. Many amenities and great storage space. Host was very assessable, responsive and helpful. Walking distance to downtown Salida! Definitely hope to stay here again!!
