The unit has great potential but:The kitchen and bathroom were very unclean. The cabinets above the stove was covered in grease from cooking. The kitchen appliances were old and not as pictured. The dishwasher was very old and dirty. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned and there was NO TOILET PAPER ON THE ROLL OR IN THE CABINET! The back sliding door needs to be replaced - we felt like it would have been very easy to break in. There needs to be tools left in the house for cleaning, ie, good broom(the broom left there was not fit to use), mop, dust mop and vacuum. There is only one small AC unit in the whole house. This may be sufficient for cooler days but with the temperatures in the 90’s it was not enough. This one unit was in the living room, far from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. We had to keep the AC running continuously to keep those rooms livable.In conclusion: We felt we were overcharged for what we got, especially the cleaning fee(it appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time). So would I stay here again? NO WAY!
