Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is close to EVERYTHING Tybee has to offer. Just steps to the back river, steps to the beach, resturants, the pier and dog parks.

This property is unique because is is very private and has lots of room. It also offers on of the BEST screened in porches on Tybee!
