Perfect for Family Gathering

We booked this property to celebrate my dad’s 70th and it was perfect! Large communal space and close to town. And the property manager is easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Sibling trip

Great property!

The property was great! Easily fit our group of 10. Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Loved the ping pong table/game room for our crew. Comfortable couch and beds. Location cannot be beat - walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Great property!

Location sets this property apart from others! We were able to walk to all of the spots where we wanted to dine as well as to great shopping, yoga and coffee shops. The home accommodated our large group comfortably. The deck was the perfect spot for both eating and visiting. Clem responded immediately to all questions and offered excellent dining recommendations.

Nice house, great location

The house was clean professionally prepared. We enjoyed the open layout - that from one end of the kitchen through the farthest side of the outdoor patio could all be opened up as one long room.

Great location and home for family of 9

The house had lots of space for our family of 9. The kids enjoyed the playroom. Each bedroom had plenty of linens and bed space. The house is very close to center of La Jolla. Quick walk down the slope to the coffee shop and breakfast / dinner area.

We were in La Jolla for daughters wedding. It was absolutely perfect for friends to stop by. The pictures on the site are good but the actual living space is even better than the pictures can depict! Perfect for a large or friends to rent!

Family Wedding

Great spot to stay for our sister’s wedding! It comfortably housed all 12 of us. The main floor was great for catching up with everyone, and we were lucky to have warm weather so we could enjoy the beach deck. Well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was phenomenal, with everything we needed a short walk away. Really great property!

Perfect For Large Families

This house is perfect for large groups! Our daughter recently got married in La Jolla and our large family stayed in this beautiful house. So conveniently located to groceries, food, beach- everything you need. House is fully stocked with every possible item you could think of! Clem has made it easy for you to have a worry free stay in beautiful La Jolla!

Great home for family gathering

We used the home as our base camp in La Jolla Village where our son was married. It was a great place to house immediate family and to spend time in a quiet setting while preparing for the wedding festivities. A short walk to the beach and all of the services within the village, yet a quiet reprieve away from the bustle. Our group loved the house, especially the open concept living area and the lanai doors that brought the outside in.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this property. First off, Clem was incredibly helpful and communicative when we checked in and throughout the stay. The home was beautiful and perfect for our annual college friend reunion. It had everything we needed and wanted including a well stocked kitchen, spacious and numerous bedrooms, large dining table, a living room that fit all of us. Many restaurants, shops and beaches were easily walkable. Clem, the host, was super helpful and responsive to any request or question. Will book again, no doubt!

GREAT HOUSE!!!

We were in San Diego for our son's wedding. Our other three grown kids and their friends/plus-ones stayed with us. Huge, well-stocked kitchen and open concept floor plan, but the bedrooms are separate and private. Terrific layout for time together. Parking on property and easy street parking, but still close to La Jolla shops and restaurants. Can't say enough great things about it!

Amazing weekend at this beautiful house!

My friends and I had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home! Such a perfect amount of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The back patio was our favorite part of the house, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening happy hour. Clem was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Family wedding

We came to LaJolla for our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect for the entire family. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready, especially the bride. We were very thankful for all of the necessities that were in the house. We didn’t have any issues at all, but we knew Clem was a call away if needed. We loved our stay in this beautiful house!
