This was our fourth year staying here and we absolutely love it. The proximity to the beach and the towns is so convenient and the views are amazing. Linda has been a great host. She is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Luxurious oceanside gem in La Jolla. House was well appointed and extremely comfortable.Great kitchen that is well equipped.Many options for sunbathing, or snuggling up in a corner with a book.Beautiful views of the Pacific and conveniently right across from the beach.Wonderful restaurants a couple blocks away.

Amazing house! Host was quick to respond to all my questions. There are a few things that were in the description that weren’t functional but none that really mattered! Loved the location. The vibe in La Jolla shores can’t be beat! Beach town at its best! Hope to be back!

Excellent location! This house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the small heated pool, the balconies, and the beach stuff they had for us to use! Nice off the street parking and Linda was very easy to communicate with and always got back to me in a timely manner!!

This is a lovely home in a terrific location in San Diego area. Across from a public beach, the house still afforded privacy and quiet. Walkable to La Jolla Shores restaurants and short ride to La Jolla proper. Easy access to freeway to get to other San Diego points of interest. Hosts highly accessible and responsive.

The location was incredible! A quick walk to the beautiful beach. But the house itself was a bit disappointing. The carpets were stained, and the fountain wasn't working in the pool, which was a disappointment for our grandkids. The place seemed a little tired, and in need of some cosmetic fixes.

Hello Diane, Thank you for your feed back regarding our Oceanfront vacation rental in La Jolla Shores. As explained in your check-in instructions, the waterfall feature was disconnected due to the amount of noise it makes when running. Neighbors complained about the noise of the waterfall. In order for us to not jeopardize our license to rent this vacation rental, we had no choice but to disconnect the waterfall. The only place i saw a stain on the living room carpet is the area where you walk out of the kitchen onto the carpet. Not all guests are careful, or thoughtful, to wipe up when they spill on the carpet, even though there are ample cleaning supplies located in the laundry room for accidents. We have been waiting to clean the carpet, but we have had no 3-day continuous openings between guests to allow ample time for the carpet to dry. And we try to accommodate those guests, as yourself, who want an earlier check-in.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU and it was the perfect beach location. We took advantage of the great restaurants and fun bars within walking distance. The pool was an added bonus.
