Nestled just three houses from the beach, this cottage offers the perfect mix of rustic charm and coastal convenience and is just a short walk to downtown Old Orchard Beach. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area with the option of relaxing in the comfort of the living room or heading out to the large porch, where you can enjoy ocean views and the soothing sounds of the waves.
4 Bedrooms:All bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor. All bedrooms have one full size bed. Sheets and towels provided by the owner thru Bayside Linens.
1.5 Bathrooms: The half bath is located on the first floor, and the full bath is located on the second floor. There is also an outside shower as one enters the first floor of the cottage.
Occupancy Limit: 9

This is a NO smoking and NO pet vacation rental.
