Come and relax in this modern , 3rd floor, two-bedroom condo that has spectacular views of the ocean and beach. Watch the Thursday night pier fireworks from the top floor/end unit deck. It is conveniently located on the quiet side of Old Orchard, however, close enough to walk or drive (a little over a mile to the bustling pier area). The property boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool and is also just a 100 ft walk to the beautiful beach.
