Lovely property near the beach. Other than slight problem with cleaning service and linens upon check in and the BBQ not working properly, this house is wonderful for a large family or group of friends. The owners dealt properly with the problems and were very nice.
This was a wonderful location for a week's vacation coinciding with our niece's Maine wedding. Two of our kids, their spouses, and our three grandchildren stayed with us in the house. With the beach just 200 ft. down the road, it was easy to get the kids and beach paraphernalia to the small semi-private beach. The kids looked for shells and flew a kite, made sand castles, and walked to the island via the sandbar at low tide. The kitchen and bathrooms were adequately equipped and the beds were comfy. We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

The house was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms had sticky substances in floor. The oven did not work and neither did the grill on the stove, and the propane grill had a leak. The family was very responsive and the area was wonderful.

Hi Veronica
Thank you so much for your feedback. Our usually cleaners did not have enough staff for this year unfortunately so we had to try with someone new. It is helpful to know that it wasn't in good condition. I sincerely apologize for that and the technical difficulties with the appliances. I am glad my family was able to help right the ship and hope you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you again for the feedback, we are always looking to improve our renters' experience.
The house was great - space to spread out and plenty of room for all 10 of us to be together! Location was perfect for us - very low key, not a lot of people on the beach (at most we saw 20 people one day), the beach was fairly protected and the water didn’t get very choppy so we felt fantastic letting the kids play all day! Meaghan was great and communicated promptly to answer any questions we had. I am so glad we chose to stay here!
Tim, Kate and Meagan Foley have owner the property since 2020 when their beloved parents. Marilyn Martin and Brian Foley passed. This house was an integral part of our best family memories and we want to share it with you. Our VRBO account may appear new but we have been helping our parents rent the house for over a decade and are well seasoned and reliable. Our renters tend to return annually and we take care of them and look forward to seeing them every year.
