Erica went over and above to make sure all of our needs were met. She even made sure a new basketball was delivered before we got there so we could shoot some baskets! Highly recommend! What a wonderful host.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay! The house was conveniently located by the spring training games we attended in Peoria and Surprise with grocery stores and many restaurants close by. It provided us the room we needed to spread out after the games each day. The host was very responsive to all our questions.

Family trip

Perfect size house for a family of 6. Prime location near shopping and restaurants. Down the street from the sports complex. Host was accommodating and made stay very comfortable with all the amenities provided. Highly recommended.

The house is great but Erika is a gem

We had a large amount of family come into the greater Phoenix area for a funeral so we saw a lot different accommodations available and this house by far was the best. The location was great. The house was spacious and comfortable. But the really wonderful part was Erika. If we had questions or an issue she was very quick to respond and was very focused on us enjoying our weekend. Staying at this house is a sure fire way to maximize your enjoyment of the Phoenix area.

Peoria home

This is a nice house & is roomy but needs some TLC (paint pealing on bath cabinets, wood flooring incomplete in master, constant dripping bathtub faucet-upstairs bath, upstairs bathroom sink draining slowly). The house wasn’t stocked with napkins, papertowels, kitchen towels, bathroom washcloths, too few hangers, no lamps on bedroom nightstands and no house instructions on check out process. I had stayed at a VRBO a week earlier and it was stocked with matching towels, sample shampoo, conditioner, disposable face washcloths-we felt very pampered and loved the cleanliness of the home in the Walla Walla house, areas this house needs attention.The overall appearance of this Peoria home is nice with nice furnishings but it is just lacking in the details to make ones stay comfortable and enjoyable.
