Great sunrise and sunset views from this property . For an Trilogy fee you will have Use of amenities workout center , 3 large pools on site restaurants on grounds .
NOTE. Master Bedroom and Master Bath are not available for rent and are locked for private use . Also Heating of the pool and Spa. Will not be allowed. It’s for viewing only or use at air temperature. Sorry no exceptions !
The rental includes one bedroom and bath is each the main house and in the Casita . The main house also includes a queen sofa sleeper inside the main house den !

I had such a wonderful time at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The home and yard are beautiful and very comfortable. The pool & golf course view were a big plus!

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for us. The amenities in Trilogy are wonderful! We were able to use the different pools, gyms and restaurants. There are trails throughout Trilogy that we used to walk to the pools and gyms. Stan was very helpful whenever we contacted him with questions. He stayed in touch with us regularly during our 3 month stay. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone needing or wanting a place to stay. I have actually already recommended it to others looking for a home in Trilogy.

Enjoyed our stay. Stan our host was communicative and attentive. Trilogy is such a lovely community with wonderful hiking trails and friendly residents. Loved dipping into the pool every evening and enjoying the stunning sunsets from the back yard. We hope to visit again!

Very much the house. Stan was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and needs. The view and morning sunrises were a wonderful plus. We would rent again if this house was available. Layout is perfect for 2 couples but 3 would be a little stretched. Would have liked alarm clocks in bedrooms, but we used our phones instead. Thanks agai Stan, hope to see you again??!!

The backyard, pool, and hot tub were very enjoyable; Stan, the owner, was very responsive to questions and pleasant to deal with. The Kiva Club facilities in Trilogy are excellent, costing $20 per week per person to use. For golfers, Trilogy golf course is a formidable, well-kept challenge.

We looked for over a year to find the best place in Vegas , Florida , other parts of Phoenix . This is the best . Greenest , quietest , , freindest people . Great affordable golf course .
On the edge of town but all the shopping close .

Awesome sunrises and sunsets, more stars than you would think possible. Awesome golf view overlooking green number six on the trilogy golf course. This is a very active 55+ community with great pools workout centers bike trails and you can do as little or as much activity as you would like
