Hi. I was raised in Holts Summit, moved away for 11 years, and returned to raise my boys. I have owned this land since 1997 and decided to build. I love being a host to meet new people and hear of activities going on around Central Missouri.
Why they chose this property
I enjoy this neighborhood as it is a dead end street. Privately owned. No street lights. And quiet.
What makes this property unique
You will enjoy the quiet country life while being close to everything. The house has a tankless water heater to accommodate large groups and a back up generator, just in case.
