We were in town for my daughter’s wedding! This was an absolutely beautiful place with plenty of space and very clean! Owners were very responsive and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably and gather together. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and accommodated all of our needs. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and hospitality.I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The house “Grace” was perfect for our group of 8 biking the Katy Trail. We had everything we needed and stored items were conveniently labeled for quick access. Elaine was very friendly and gave us good dining recommendations too. We didn’t bike between the house and the trail but had a vehicle shuttle us.

Elaine is a great host! She was very accommodating to our needs and additional requests. She stopped by to chat a couple times and we really appreciated her local knowledge and information. This house is in a convenient location to both JC (Jefferson City for you out of towners) and Columbia. We recommend this for your consideration.

Our one-night stay was very comfortable. Host is fantastic with communication, the house is very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The garage is set up as a great play area for kids and groups. Really a nice place to stay.

The place was just what we wanted. Close to the track and where kids could hang out together instead of being separated in hotel rooms.

Our family was visiting our Mizzou student for family weekend. We had a half hour ride from campus but worth it to enjoy a relaxing stay with family. We enjoyed the patio and garage area for socializing. Plenty of room for the family of parent, grandparents, aunt.uncles and cousins.

Everyone had a bed. The game players could play in the garage, people could watch television and could play cards at the dining room table. Some of the kids could be upstairs so appreciated that we could spread out. It also was nice that it was warm in every room.
