You can fish year round from the private dock offered with the property. There is a boat launch ramp located within a quarter of a mile on both sides of the house. You may park your boat trailer in the driveway and secure your boat to the dock during your stay. As water borders the property, swim, fish, kayak, and boat at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times. Be mindful of boat traffic.
Property is located approximately one hour from several main beach attractions in Florida such as Destin and Santa Rosa and is within 45 miles from the Destin/Fort Walton airport.
