*House Rules*

+ No smoking (fines up to $250)
+ Late checkout: $250 after 11:30 AM; full-night charge after 12:15 PM
+ External bookings require from $1,000–$5,000 deposit, rental agreement & credit card authorization
+ No mail or packages accepted. Use a nearby pickup point. We are not responsible for lost deliveries.

*Please note: A $75 fee applies if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.
